HomeRelay is not a licensed real estate brokerage. It doesn’t provide brokerage, lending, appraisal, legal, tax, insurance or financial services or advice, and no one here represents you.

The listings, addresses, photos, people, companies, prices, estimates, rates and statistics in the demo are fictional or illustrative, even when they look real. Any resemblance to real homes or people is unintended, and no home shown is for sale through HomeRelay. Don’t rely on the demo for any decision.

Tours, agreements, signatures, offers, counteroffers and payments in the demo are simulations. Nothing is sent to anyone, and no contract, agency relationship or other obligation is created.

Some formulas follow public rules as of September 2026, but they can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Price estimates aren’t appraisals, payment figures aren’t Loan Estimates, and nothing here is legal advice.
